Type of flooring 

We take into consideration different factors when deciding with you on your type of flooring. Noise suppression and maintenance of the workspace are big deciding factors when thinking about what would work best in the space. For example, is there going to be a lot of movement in your space, of people or even machinery? Then rubber flooring will give you good protection and also be sound-reducing so that any neighbors will not be disturbed. Do you want to encourage your clients by having an inviting space? Carpet is a tried and tested material that really makes a workspace warm and comfortable.

Size of area 

The size of the area will also be taken into consideration when pricing the installation. 

The average contractor charge can be: 

• Average Smallest room size – $1500+
• Average Medium room size – $2000 – $3000
• Average Biggest room size- $4500+
